The airport offers various rental car services within its Ground Transportation Center, from the cheapest to the most luxurious cars.

Renters must present a valid driver's license and must be 21 years of age or above. However, renters ages 21 to 24 have an additional daily surcharge depending on their chosen rental agency.

The Ground Transporation Center is adjacent to the airport's main terminal, Terminal A. It is within walking distance and can be accessed by a sheltered walkway directly from the terminal. No shuttle bus is needed.

Train Services at Bradley Airport

Bradley Airport has no railroad station that connects it to any town or city in Connecticut or its neighboring areas. However, a train station at Windsor Locks is 3 miles from Bradley Airport. It is the most direct route to Bradley Airport.

CT Transit runs a bus service between the Windsor Locks RR station and Bradley International Airport. On weekdays, the Route 24 Bus Service runs from 5:30 AM until 11:30 PM.

Bus Services at Bradley Airport

CT transit provides a dedicated bus, called the 30-Bradley Flyer, to conveniently link Bradley International Airport and downtown Hartford.

The Bradley Flyer provides semi-express, direct service to the Connecticut Convention Center and Union Station in Hartford.

To access the bus service, proceed to Terminal A's baggage claim/arrivals level, and move to door # 6.

The fare for a one-way ride from Bradley is $1.75.

Outdoor relief areas are located on the lower ground floor, at both ends of the terminal building, adjacent to Doors 1 and 6. Follow the painted paw prints on the sidewalk. We also have one pet relief area inside Terminal A, near the iStore. Please follow directional signage.

Passengers are encouraged to allow their furry friends and service animals to use the relief areas before their scheduled flight.
