Bradley International Airport Transfers

Discover and explore the region on your own terms with convenient access to nine rental car agencies at Bradley International Airport at Ground Transportation Center. It is adjacent to the airport’s main terminal, Terminal A. The rental car brands and their respective counters and customer service areas are located as follows:
- Floor 2: Avis, Budget, Payless
- Floor 3: Enterprise, National, Alamo
- Floor 4: Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty
Arriving Passengers: After collecting your baggage, follow the Rental Car signage inside Terminal A and proceed to level 2. The connecting corridor to the Ground Transportation Center is located by door 6.
Departing Passengers: Before your departing flight, follow roadway signage to return your vehicle to the Ground Transportation Center. Once you drop off your car, proceed to the third floor of the Ground Transportation Center to access the connecting corridor to the main terminal, Terminal A.
If you are an arriving passenger in Terminal B and need to access a rental vehicle, take the shuttle to Terminal A and proceed to door 6 on level 2 to access the Ground Transportation Center.

Train Services at Bradley Airport
Bradley Airport is not connected by a train station to any towns or cities in Connecticut or the surrounding areas. However, Windsor Locks, 3 miles from Bradley Airport, has a train station. It is the line that is most near Bradley Airport.
Bradley Airport and the Windsor Locks RR station are connected by a bus service run by CT Transit. The Route 24 Bus Service runs weekdays from 5:30 AM to 11:30 PM.

Buses at Bradley Airport
The Connecticut Department of Transportation, or CT Transit, provides 30-Bradley Flyer bus services.
CT Transit conveniently links Bradley International Airport and downtown Hartford. The Bradley Flyer provides semi-express, direct benefits to the Connecticut Convention Center and Union Station in Hartford. The trip lasts approximately 30 minutes and currently operates every 40 minutes on weekdays and Saturdays and roughly every hour during the early morning hours, late at night, and on Sundays.
To access the bus service, proceed to Terminal A’s baggage claim/arrivals level, and move to door 6. The bus stop is on the outer curb and marked as such.

CTtransit also operates a bus service that connects the Windsor Locks RR station with Bradley International Airport.
To access the bus service, proceed to Terminal A’s baggage claim/arrivals level, and move to door # 6. The bus stop is on the outer curb and marked “Local Buses/CTtransit.”
